You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Casa Pueblo Overview
Located on the edge of Pollenca town, this beautiful town house is not only close to bars and restaurants but also has great views from the rear of the property.
Once inside, Casa Pueblo is a real treat, a bright, modern kitchen with necessary facilities and a dining table, which leads out onto the terrace/ gardens, the large patio doors, really allow the sunlight to fill the room. The lounge also has a bright, airy feel, thanks to a small glassed court yard bringing in the sun. Downstairs houses 2x bedrooms, one double and one twin, the other two bedrooms are upstairs, one twin and one double with patio doors leading to a small terrace with steps down to the pool area. All bedrooms have their own en-suites, providing comfortable living if travelling with others.
Outside you will have the comfort of a covered terrace to enjoy some local produce cooked up on the built in BBQ, there are sun loungers to enjoy the Mallorcan sun and a glistening pool to cool off. The outdoor lemon trees add a real Mediterranean feel to this villa, you can also enjoy a wonder to the bottom of the garden which is lawned and enclosed.
The enchanting area of Pollenca town has a back drop of blonde stone architecture, it is also home to an ancient roman bridge, and an 18th century church, with a famous rose window.

To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm with 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 92cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 500cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there is 1 step from the street into the villa. Internally there are 14 steps to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 80cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 80cm.
