To access the villa there is a path which is 160cm wide along with 2 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 100cm wide and other doors that access the pool area is the bedroom door with the ensuite which is 115cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 140cm wide, the grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. Inside there is a step down from the bedroom into the ensuite shower room. This is same for both of the en suite bedrooms. All bedroom doors on the ground floor are 65cm wide and all bathroom doors on the ground floor are 60cm wide.
