You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

With its very own outdoor oasis, this villa showcases a spacious courtyard set among a fruit orchard and lush greenery. Roman steps lead to the private pool where you can bath in the refreshing water under the Mediterranean sun. Parasols and ample sun loungers are provided for those who seek the shade. Additionally, a shaded outdoor dining area provides a delightful spot for enjoying an al fresco meal perfectly prepared on the built-in brick barbeque.
Inside, the villa blends authentic Mediterranean charm and modern luxury. Wooden beam ceilings juxtapose contemporary comforts. The living room is cosy and comfortable and equipped with a home entertainment system and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has had a re-vamp and is fully equipped with all the latest mod cons for optimal convenience.
Three fully air-conditioned bedrooms and two new bathrooms can accommodate up to six guests.
Due to the location, the road leading up to the villa is narrow. Please be aware large vehicles will have limited access.

To access the villa there is a path which is 250cm wide, there is 1 step to the front door, the front door is 110cm wide. The lounge door is 110cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 73cm wide, there is 1 step down from the lounge to the dining area. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 130cm wide, the path to the pool is 300cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are mainly flat and paved, with 1 step down to the terrace. The pool has 5 roman steps. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor level, the bedroom doors are 85cm wide and the bathroom doors are 85cm wide, there is a separate shower room and an ensuite shower room.
