You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. The villa has zero steps for access and a path that is 200cm wide. The front door is 120cm wide and the other doors to access the pool are 2 lounge doors which are both 120cm wide. There are 5 steps to the pool area from the villa door. The pool has roman steps and the outside space is very uneven. There is no bedroom or bath/shower room on the ground floor.
