To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide. The front door has a width of 82cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. The terrace is flat and a mixture of tiles and lawn. There is one step up into the pool, then a ladder to access the water. This is a ground-floor property where all bedrooms and bathroom doors are 75cm wide.
