To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm with 2 steps. The front door has a width of 75cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 70cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 62cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there is 1 step from the terrace to the garden and another one from the garden to the pool area. Internally there are 12 steps leading to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 74cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 65cm.
