A short drive outside of old Pollenca Town, Can Pedro is a charming villa set amongst undisturbed gardens with stunning mountain views.

Pull up into your own, off-road driveway and mature greenery, to the bright inviting villa. Inside you will find an open plan lounge/ dining room in a wooden finish, leading off into the kitchen housing all necessities to enjoy a comfortable stay. On from the lounge are two bedrooms, one twin and one double, along with one bathroom and one shower room. Stairs take you up to a twin room with an ensuite toilet and basin. Following out from the lounge you will find a covered terrace, with alfresco dining facilities, comfortable outdoor furniture and table tennis. The real gem of this villa is the glistening pool, to cool off on those hot days, with sun loungers, and a parasol, nestled under a tree is another set of dining facilities in case you wanted to dine under the sunset. Cook up some local produce on the built in BBQ, and enjoy some local wine whilst taking in the views.

A car is recommended to allow you to venture into town or the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollenca, the horseshoe shaped bay retains the time old tradition of locals and tourists taking a stroll towards the marina where the yachts are moored, you will pass numerous bars and restaurants down the palm tree lined pavements.

To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm with 2 steps. The front door has a width of 160cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 80cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are open wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there is 2 steps into a covered terrace area, 2 more to the outside terrace and 2 more by the pool area. Internally there are 15 steps leading to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 75cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 75cm.
