Located just 850m from Pollensa Old Town, Villa Encis is the ideal getaway for those looking to enjoy this sunny side of Mallorca. Surrounded by mountain tops and greenery, this three-bed villa is great for up to six guests, looking to relax and unwind whilst enjoying magnificent mountain views. The terrace was our favourite part, as you'll find reclining sun loungers, table tennis, and a covered outdoor alfresco area. This shaded spot comes complete with a rustic dining table, a brick-built BBQ, and twin basins for your alfresco meals. Enjoy local meats, cheeses, and fresh breads whilst bathing in the sunshine. Alternatively, the upper terrace offers more seating, creating a great spot for morning coffee as you plan your day ahead and admire your surroundings.
Inside, this ground-floor property has three bedrooms, all with beamed ceilings, red floor tiles, and ancestral furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen leads off the cosy living room, the ideal space for cooking up a stop indoors. There's also a six-seater dining table, meaning you can enjoy dining together.
For fun-filled days out, the Old Towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are great for those looking to explore the local history. Alcudia, with its medieval walls, old churches, and cobbled backstreets is a must-see.

To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm with 3 steps. The front door has a width of 130cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 118cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 130cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there are 5 steps from the parking area to the pool area, 3 steps into the villa, with 5 steps from the covered terrace to the pool area. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 65cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 80cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
