You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Villa Granoters Overview
A short drive away from the beautiful town of Pollensa you will find Villa Granoters. This one storey, stone built villa has three bedrooms and one bathroom, with it's picturesque backdrop, you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun rise from behind the mountains, and fill the Spanish sky.
Off the terrace is a comfortable lounge and dining area, with windows overlooking the garden. The separate kitchen is equipped with essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. All three bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, to make those hot nights more settled. The villa has one bathroom with an overhead shower, basin and toilet, and a separate guest toilet.
Outside houses a covered terrace with alfresco dining facilities and a brick BBQ. Your very own private pool has roman steps and a poolside shower, once you have cooled off you can bask in the sun on the provided pool loungers.
Outside there are also steps leading to a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of the Tramontana, it also houses plenty of off-road car parking.
The villa is car recommended due to it's location, however many beautiful attractions are just a short drive away, take a trip into Pollensa Old town, with it's rich history and stunning blonde coloured buildings and sip a local drink in one of the many cafes. If your more of a beach lover, there is a coast lined filled with golden sandy beaches a car ride away.

To access the villa there are 3 steps from the parking area. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 132cm wide. The terrace is open and crazy paved, however, relatively flat. Please bear in mind the style of paving. There is 1 step down from the covered terrace to the poolside. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 75cm wide.
