A large, inviting pool is the focal point of the exterior, and this is surrounded by a spacious terrace and well-kept mature gardens, including a magnificent ancient olive tree, a handful of palms, and much more besides. A large shaded terrace and an outdoor kitchen with built in barbecue completes the outside area and makes for wonderful, alfresco dining with a backdrop of picturesque rural Mallorca.

There are 3 steps to enter the pool and there is a path to access which is 400cm wide. The front door is 90cm wide and other doors that access the pool area are 80cm wide. Any paths from the villa to the pool are 400cm wide and the ground is both gravel and lawn. The pool has roman steps to enter and the outside space is flat but its split into 3 areas, gravel, grass and patio. Both the widest bedroom door on the ground floor and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor are 70cm wide.
