Llompart villa showcases an open plan living/dining and kitchen area that seamlessly leads to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The interior of the house is tastefully furnished in the local style, complemented by modern amenities such as air conditioning, satellite TV, and a DVD player. Additionally, the villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen, making it a highly sought-after holiday accommodation. Bedroom one features an ensuite bath/ shower room, and another shower room is also next to the second bedroom. To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide. The front door has a width of 130cm. The outside area is flat, whilst the path over the lawn, to the pool is 70cm wide. This is best seen in the images. The dining area is tiled, whilst the pool is surrounded by a lawn. There is a small step up into the pool. This is a ground-floor villa. There is one step from the kitchen to the twin bedroom and shower room. Both bedrooms have a door width of 80cm, whilst the bathroom doors are 75cm wide.
