We consider ourselves completely fortunate to offer you this sublime Villa, built over one level and boasting such a fantastic setting. Recently constructed, Villa Marilen Petit is light and airy, with delightful wood beamed ceilings and wooden shutters providing a courteous nod to some typical Mallorcan tradition. As charming as the interiors are, it was the exteriors that captured our imagination with a fabulous swimming pool with large steps allowing easy access for the young and the elderly alike! To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide along with 2 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 150cm and other doors that access the pool area is the kitchen door which is 110cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 200cm wide, the grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The covered terrace has one step down to the uncovered terrace which goes up to the pool side. The pool has a small step round it. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 65cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 86cm wide which is the ensuite shower room.
