If you're looking for a large countryside retreat on the East coast of Mallorca then look no further than Villa Tort. This stunning 250-year-old house has been lovingly converted into a countryside holiday home, nestled amongst the amazing Mallorcan landscape within a secluded spot, surrounded by a vast garden, palm trees and a luscious lawn. Ideal for larger groups, this property boasts six bedrooms and a huge terrace. A day by the pool has never looked so good, as a large pool takes centre stage, with elegant roman steps, lined with reclining sun loungers and traditional straw parasols. For alfresco dining, there's a beam-covered terrace complete with a large table and brick-built BBQ. This cosy spot, with stone walls, overlooks the pool terrace, an ideal spot for a light lunch amongst friends and family. As an added bonus, this villa also comes with a ping pong table for your entertainment.

If you can prise yourself away from the gorgeous terrace and gardens, then head inside through french-syle patio doors. Designed to mimic a traditional farmhouse, this two-storey property is filled with character and charm. The ground floor boasts a large dining area, living room with stone-clad walls and an impressive professional kitchen. There are two twin rooms on the ground floor, both with a private ensuite. A separate toilet completes the ground floor whilst we find a further three bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom is a double with an ensuite, whilst the remaining two bedrooms offer twin beds, one has access to a balcony whilst the other has a door leading to an external staircase with access to the downstairs patio/terrace. Lastly, the sixth bedroom is located in a separate annex within the villa grounds, ideal for those wanting a little extra space whilst on holiday as a large group.

To access the villa there is a path which is 170cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 130cm wide. The lounge door is 200cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 82cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 130cm wide, the path to the pool is 200cm wide. The outside grounds are level and flat. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 70cm wide, this is a bath/shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
