You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Situated on 4 different levels, this property has 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people along with 2 bathrooms. It also has a quirky annex where you will find an entertainment room including a TV, chill out sofas and a ping pong table just by the annex.
The main part of the house offers you a bright and airy lounge/dining area with remarkably large windows giving you the most stunning view out over the Bay of Puerto Pollensa, the ultimate place to sit back and relax with a vino of an evening. The kitchen has everything you may need and is on the same floor where you will also find the two twin bedrooms and a communal bathroom. Make your way up one level and you be greeted by yet more spectacular views over the bay of Puerto Pollensa, this is the Master bedroom with an ensuite. What better way to wake-up on your holiday!
The property also has a lower level with an outside cooking and dining facilities, offering a terrace and BBQ that enjoy fabulous mountain and sea views and directly overlook the pool.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide along with 20 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area is the patio door which is 110cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 300cm wide, the grounds are uneven with many steps at different angles. Inside there are 5 steps down from hall to lounge and kitchen, 14 steps up to master bedroom and 3 steps up to ground floor bedrooms. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 65cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 65cm wide.
