Located in the pretty Almadrava area between the atmospheric and unspoilt town of Pollensa and the trendy port town of Puerto Pollensa, it is in a great spot to be able to get out and about and explore this stunning Balearic isle.

This traditional farmhouse style finca is very luminous and spacious, enabling the natural light that surrounds it to brighten up the home. With wooden beamed ceilings throughout and traditional furnishings, it offers an open plan living and dining room with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The dining area leads out onto a very inviting terrace where you can dine alfresco using the villa’s brick BBQ day or night. The kitchen is fully fitted, spacious, and offers all mod cons for everything you may need. Head upstairs to the bedrooms and you will find 4 bedrooms.

Back downstairs and out to the lush, ample garden you will find the fantastic, larger than usual pool with roman steps; this really is the centre piece of the outside space where you can spend hours of fun splashing around. Couple that with the feeling of being completely in your own world, this really is a great place to come and holiday. If active is your thing, you can play table tennis until your heart is content or alternatively, chill in the hot tub* or sunbathe on the loungers, the choice really is yours.
