You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Villa Sa Lluna is perched on an idyllic spot above the stunning horseshoe-shaped bay of Arenal den Castel. A short path leads you to some steps, taking you to the sweeping golden sands and calm turquoise waters, perfect for a tranquil morning swim. A treasure trove of Spanish charm, designed to reflect the beautiful traditional architecture of the island with whitewashed stucco walls, terracotta-tiled roofs, and vibrant window shutters. With incredible panorama views over the glistening Mediterranean Sea, Sa Lluna ticks all of the boxes for a blissful getaway.
Sa Luna occupies the first-floor accommodation, with open-plan living space radiating a modern feel, with contemporary furnishings and bright and airy decor. The dining table is perfectly positioned in front of the wide window, allowing you to admire the scenic vistas with a morning coffee. A separate kitchen sits to the side of the lounge/diner, complete with high-end appliances and everything you may need to whip up an evening meal. There is one twin and two double bedrooms all including air conditioning for extra comfort and a family bathroom to share.
For some heavenly relaxation, the outdoor terrace has rows of sun loungers perfect for topping up the tan in the sunshine. To escape the heat, the curved shaped swimming pool is a blissful reprieve from the heat during those hot Menorcan days. There is an ascending hill up towards where the villa is situated, however the area is flat, there is also a fairly long walk down to the beach. To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide, leading to 12 steep steps to the front door, the front door is 78cm wide. The lounge/dining room door is 85cm wide and the kitchen door is 65cm wide. The pool/terrace area can only be accessed by the front door and 12 steps, there are then 4 steps down from the driveway to the pool area and two steps up from the pool area to the terrace. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps.
