There is an ascending hill up towards the villa, however the area where the villa is situated is flat. It is a fairly long walk down to the beach. To access the villa there are 10 steps leading to the front door which is 102cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 68cm wide, there are 3 steps from the lounge leading up to a twin bedroom and then 3 steps down to the exterior pool/terrace area, the door is 77cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 210cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and tiled. The pool has steps.
