You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Located in the attractive Binibeca area of Menorca, close to local amenities you will find Bini Alberto.

This four bedroom and three bathroom one story villa has partial sea views, a comfortable and bright interior with a charming ambience and a modern feel. The lounge features comfortable seating and a television, along with doors leading out to the terrace. Make use of the equipped kitchen and whip up your favourite dishes. Down the hall you will find three of the bedrooms, two of which have single beds and one with a double. The three bedrooms share two out of the three bathrooms. The other bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace, garden and pool. Outdoors you will find the pool, a garden with sun terrace and comfortable sun loungers to relax on. The outside space also features multiple choices for alfresco dining and a BBQ.

In the villas vicinity you will find Binibeca Nou Beach, a supermarket and a selection of bars and restaurants. A great place to stay and make the most of Menorcan life.

The area where the villa is situated is hilly, it is a fairly long walk down to any local amenities or the beach. To access the villa there is a path which is 148cm wide, leading to 3 gradual steps to the front door, the front door is 84cm wide. The lounge entrance is 122cm wide, there are 2 steps from the lounge area to the dining room and the kitchen, the kitchen door is 89cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 227cm wide, the path to the pool is 296cm wide. There are 2 steps leading to the alfresco dining area. The outside grounds are flat and even around the pool/terrace area, however there are multiple steps at the rear of the property to a wild patch of land that is enclosed within the grounds. The pool has steps.
