You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

The large covered terrace houses high quality exterior dining facilities and a comfortable seating area which overlooks the beautiful private pool and the glistening blue of the Mediterranean sea in the distance.

The nearby beach in Binibeca is within walking distance and is a great spot for sunbathing, building sandcastles with the little ones, or enjoying a well earned mojito at the beachside bar. For those wanting to explore a little further, the capital city Mahon is a short bus ride away where you can wander round the many shops and boutiques, take an underwater boat trip around the port, or simply watch the world go by as you sample the catch of the day in one of the many portside restaurants.

The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 210cm wide, there is also a ramp leading to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 72cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 114cm wide, there are several steps to the pool area from the terrace, however there is a ramp from the terrace to the pool which is 114cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and tiled, the garden area is of heavy rocks and shrubbery. The pool has steps.
