The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 133cm wide, leading to the front door which is 81cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 90cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 102cm wide, the area around the terrace is 317cm wide, there is a step down to the pool area. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and even, however there are 6 steps down to a rural garden, this area does not effect any accesses to the villa or pool/terrace area. The pool has steps.
