This beautiful villa is extremely well situated in the sought-after resort of Binibeca. Its elevated position means that the panoramic views from the pool terrace are phenomenal and at less than 10-minute walk to the superb sandy beach, what more could you ask for? Restaurants and shops are also within easy reach and the pretty white-washed fishing village of Binibeca Vell just a short walk away.

The villa itself is extremely spacious with light and airy rooms and has been tastefully decorated throughout. The three bedrooms each have their own en-suit facilities making preparation for nights out on the town run smoothly. The main living space is open plan, with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge to relax in. Large patio doors open out onto the terrace allowing a gorgeous natural breeze to flow through the villa. Outside is undoubtably where you will spend many happy hours relaxing on a sun lounger, taking a swim in the glorious swimming pool, or simply enjoying family meals al-fresco on the covered terrace, which provides welcome shade on those sunny summer days.

The area where the villa is situated is hilly, it is a fairly long walk down to any local amenities or to the beach. The main road towards the villa, is on an ascending hill. To access the villa there is a path which is 102cm wide, leading to 15 steps to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. There is an alternative way to access the villa without any steps, you carry on around the corner on the main road and there is an entrance to the pool/terrace area, the gate measures 94cm wide, this area leads to the front door. The villa is on one level. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 190cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 114cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, even and tiled, however the garden area is mostly uneven and grassed with shrubbery. The pool has steps.
