From the villa it is a fairly long walk to any local amenities or to the beach. To access the villa there are 4 steps which are large and gravelled with sleepers as borders. The steps lead to a path which is 110cm wide, leading to the front door which is 83cm wide. The lounge/dining room door is 128cm, there are 3 steps down to the lounge from the hallway. The kitchen door is 70cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 170cm wide, the path to the pool is 238cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and even, the rest of the garden grounds are grassed and uneven. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 75cm wide, the bathrooms are shower type. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor level.
