You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Bini Rocio is not to be missed. Nestled amongst neighbouring villas within Binibeca, this cosy property with stunning sea views is as traditional as it gets. With sea views as amazing as this, you'll struggle to find a more relaxing sunbathing spot, as the waves lap against the rocky coastline and boats sail along the horizon. At 8m, the refreshing blue pool is ideal for splashing around with the little ones, whilst the covered terrace boasts comfy sofas, a great spot for reading a thrilling book with a morning coffee.
Head inside and prepare to be wowed, as this cosy property has cottage vibes, with beamed ceilings and shabby chic furnishings. The quaint living room boasts an L-shaped sofa and a small dining table, ideal for a spot of lunch away from the midday sun. The traditional kitchen, with its terracotta basin and barn-style door oozes character and comes equipped with an electric hob and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms in total, all with double beds and access to a separate shower room. The master bedroom also has the added benefit of a private ensuite shower room.
Conveniently located, Villa Bini Rocio is an impressive 2-minute walk away from a handful of local shops, a grocery store, and an array of delicious restaurants. Alternatively, a day exploring the capital of Mahon is an easy get-to, as the cobbled streets, honey-stone buildings and must-see museums are less than a 20-minute drive away.

To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 84cm wide, the path to the pool is 174cm wide, there are 4 steps from the terrace area to the pool. The pool has steps.
