The one twin bedroom and two doubles are all air-conditioned to help cool off from the Spanish heat, and can comfortably sleep up to six adults. The large glass sliding doors bring the outside in, with direct terrace access from the living and dining rooms. The area where the villa is situated is hilly, there is an ascending hill up towards the property, it is also fairly long walk down to any local amenities. The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 91cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. The lounge door is 142 cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 132 cm wide, there are 2 steps up to the bedroom and bathroom area from the dining room. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 170cm wide, the path to the pool is 144cm wide, there are 2 steps up to the BBQ area from the pool area. The outside grounds are flat and tiled with shrubbery.
