To access the villa there is a path which is 83cm wide with 5 steps leading to the villa. The front door has a width of 83cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 120cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area is 250cm wide and the grounds are on different levels, there are 6 steps down from the terrace to the pool area. All the bedrooms have a door width of 60cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 60cm.
