You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

The villa is on one level. To access the villa there are 5 steps leading down to a path to the front door, the path is 120cm wide and the front door is 118cm wide, there is an alternative way to access from the driveway which has 2 steps down to the path then the front door. There is a step down from the hallway to the lounge area and a step up from the lounge to the dining room. The lounge door is 80cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 70cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 190cm wide, there are 2 steps down from the door to the terrace then 3 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, even and tiled. The shallow pool has steps, the main pool has ladders with no steps.
