You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Tuduri is a beautiful detached villa located in a prime position in Binibeca within 5 minutes’ walk of local shops, restaurants and bars whilst the beautiful blue flag beach and picturesque resort centre of Binibeca Vell is just a little further. This spacious property has been specially adapted for wheelchair users with all the accommodation on one level. Outside there is a spacious covered terrace with a ramp down to the swimming pool which has roman steps for easy access. Patio furniture and a brick BBQ are provided to enjoy al fresco dining and there are ample sunbeds to lay back, relax and soak up the glorious Menorcan sunshine. The villa has pleasant, mature gardens with lawns and a roof top solarium offering panoramic sea and coastal views.

**Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.

The villa is on one level and is not far away from any local amenities. To access the villa there is a path which is 88cm wide, leading to the front door which is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 123cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 80cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 80cm wide, there are 3 steps leading down from the terrace to the pool area, there is also a ramp next to the driveway (which is next to the pool) the ramp can be accessed from the side of the terrace area, the path to the pool is 96cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even.
