Bini Saret’s impressive exterior with large saltwater pool, brick built barbecue and extensive terrace with basketball hoop is the perfect place for fun and games for all the family. When you need a break from the sunshine, the villa’s interior provides a light, airy and contemporary haven where you can access Wi-Fi and enjoy satellite television.
For those who do wish to venture a little further and explore more of the island, the old capital of Ciutadella is not far away and well worth a visit to revel in the lively atmosphere of a traditional Menorcan town.

Upon arrival through gates to level gravel driveway, on your right you have the pool area entered via 3 roman steps with no handrail. Entrance to the villa is up 3 wide long steps to an L shaped front terrace through double sliding patio doors (100cm), into lounge, through an archway (90) to dining and living space, from the living space on the left you have the kitchen (80) with a door to the outside laundry area ( ½ step 65) shower room (large step in shower 65), single bedroom (65) at the end of the living space is double sliding doors (100cm) on to the rear terrace with 2 steps down to the garden and outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. On the right of the living space is 1st twin room (65), double room (65) which continues through and down 2 steps into a hallway with doors to 2nd twin room (70), bathroom (60) and a door to the rear of the property (70).

Important Information
During the winter period, October – April, temperatures can drop considerably especially in the evening and overnight. Heaters can be added to your booking in the extras page where available.
Covid Cancellation Policy - If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, the supplier will allow you to move your booking to alternative travel dates whilst if there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
Please note the owner of this property will not allow group bookings for people aged 24 and under.
