You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

A further advantage to this house is its self-contained annex accessed by an external staircase, perfect for older teenagers or grandparents seeking some extra privacy from the rest of the family! In the main house, the accommodation is all on the ground floor comprising of 4 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a separate traditional kitchen and a large lounge/diner which has direct access to the spacious rear terrace.

As lovely as the house is, it’s surely the gardens, inviting private swimming pool and amazing barbecue/Al Fresco dining area that has people returning time and again.

To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide along with 5 steps to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 76cm and other doors that access the pool area are 66cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 80cm wide, the grounds are uneven and the pool has roman steps to enter. All the bedroom doors are 67cm wide and all the bathroom doors are 67cm wide.
