You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide with 0 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 80cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 97cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat outside, with 5 steps leading from the terrace/ lounge area to the pool area. There are 16 steps internally leading to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 79cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 79cm.
