You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

One of 3 sister properties, Villa Marcolis Playa enjoys an elevated position in the beautiful area of Cala Galdana. This tastefully furnished 3 bedroomed villa has an open plan living/dining area and spacious pool terrace with covered alfresco seating, perfect for leisurely evenings cooking up a storm on the BBQ. A 10 minute downhill walk will bring you to the centre of the resort with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops. A picturesque bridge over a river leads you to the breath-taking horseshoe shaped beach of Cala Galdana, the gentle, shallow waters and numerous activities make this a perfect spot for a family day out. For those wishing to venture further afield, a daily bus service takes you into Ciutadella, the charming old capital of the island which is steeped in history and culture.

To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide along with 2 steps. The front door is 80cm wide and the other door that accesses the pool area is the lounge patio door which is 90cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 110cm wide, all paths are tiled/even and the pool has steps to enter. There is one step before the pool area. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the closest is up 16 steps to the first floor.
