This three-bedroom and two-bathroom villa is fitting for smaller families or groups. Cool off in your own outdoor pool, relax and top up the tan on one of the sun loungers or make use of the brick-built BBQ whilst you sip a glass of vino. This stunning enclosed terrace is ideal for relaxing in style! At 8x4 metres, the refreshing pool is superb for cooling off from the midday sun or splashing around with the kids. Experience exceptional views of the dazzling Mediterranean sea from the first floor balcony where you can sit and watch as boats sail along the horizon with a morning coffee. What better way to start your day!
Inside, relax and enjoy views of the terrace and pool from the comfortable lounge area or whip up something tasty in the kitchen. The comfortable living room, with patio doors and soft furnishings, provides an escape from the warm Spanish sun. Three bedrooms are spread over two floors, with two twin rooms on the ground floor sharing a family shower room and a master double with a balcony and ensuite facilities on the first floor.
This beautiful abode is located in the bustling resort of Cala’n Bosch where you'll find an array of local bars, restaurants and shops centred round a charming marina . Although you’re just a stone’s throw from the sea, the nearest sandy beach is around 20 minutes’ walk away. With soft sand and shallow water it’s a great beach for the little ones, whilst the more adventurous can head a little further round the coast to Son Xoriguer where a range of water sports are available. This pretty town also features a popular water park and a small karting track, great for a fun-filled day out.
