You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

A handful of local shops and restaurants are right around the corner, whilst the stunning marina with its seafront bars and millionaire yachts is a short 15-minute walk away.

For lazy days spent by the pool, then Nuris Bosch is ideal. This terrace boasts a 7x4m pool, surrounded by evergreen bushes and lined with reclining sun loungers. For alfresco lunches, there's a brick-built BBQ with a covered terrace. Why not whip up some tasty tapas, or grill up some delicious vegetable skewers for friends and family?

Inside, this ground-floor property feels like a home from home. The colourful living room with its comfy sofa and ancestral dining table is a great spot for relaxing indoors. There's a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with dark wooden cupboards and a beamed ceiling, ideal for cooking no matter the weather. There are three bedrooms in total, one double and two twin rooms, all with cool air conditioning and sharing two family washrooms.

The front door has a width of 70cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 70cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area is 400cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
