You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 260cm wide, leading to the front door which is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 90cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 70cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 210cm wide, the path to the pool is 350cm wide. The outside ground are flat and even. The pool has steps.
