To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide with 1 step. The front door has a width of 70cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 140cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 340cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there is a low 6cm step to the terrace, a 7cm lip on the pool edge and a 4cm lip from the terrace through the front door. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
