Out and about, the bustling centre of Cala en Porter is a gentle 10-minute stroll away with a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. This popular resort sits on top of the cliffs overlooking the spectacular cove of Cala en Porter. Golden sand, shallow, crystal-clear waters and a handful of beachside cafes make this blue flag beach ideal for families and can be accessed by steps 10 minutes from the villa, or via the road through the resort for those with strollers. Visit the nearby Caves of Xorio for impressive sunsets whilst sipping a cocktail, before leaving the youngsters to dance the night way to live music or local DJ inside the caves! To access the villa there is a path which is 154cm wide with 0 steps. The front door has a width of 138cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 100cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 650cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, from the driveway there is a ramp to the pool terrace, and then the front door. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 80cm.
