You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

In a beautiful countryside setting Villa Verde offers a tranquil environment in a secluded position perfect for those seeking rest and relaxation. This beautiful character property is located just 1.4km outside the old town of Ciutadella, which was once the capital of Menorca. Full of history and culture Ciutadella is well worth a visit with a beautiful port crammed with restaurants, hand crafted night stalls, weekly markets selling fresh produce and much more.

The accommodation is deceptively spacious having three twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms, one of which on the first floor has en-suite facilities. There is a lovely living/dining room leading to a fully fitted kitchen as well as a separate sitting room with flat screen TV.

Outside, the covered terrace leads to a large sun terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers followed by the swimming pool and extending to lawns with fruit trees and mature vegetable gardens which are lovingly tended by the owners. The villa has retained much of its character and features such as a Built-in Barbeque which is perfect for al-fresco dining.

You arrive to the villa via a long private drive-way till you arrive alongside the villa. Entering the villa from the terrace( ½ step) through front door (75cm) in to the first lounge from this room there is two archways on the left (115cm, 75cm), into the 2nd lounge/dinner, continuing onto the separate kitchen (70cm) with a double doors (100cm/ ½ step) to the outside terrace and driveway. Back into the 1st lounge via another arch-way (84cm) to the hallway leading to Twin room 1 (80cm), ground floor shower room (55cm) and staircase which leads you upstairs to the Twin room 2 this room is accessed by a step into the room from the stairs on the right (65cm), along the corridor you have store room ( left 55cm), up a step and to your right is a large shower room (65cm), straight ahead Twin room 3 (65cm), step down into the master bedroom (65cm), en-suite shower room is partition by glass brick wall (60cm), back to the staircase and continuing up the 3 more stairs you reach the double bed room which is accessed 2 large steps down in to the room (55cm). Exiting the villa from the front door (80cm) to the outside onto the front terrace and outdoor kitchen BBQ area continuing on to a court yard and up 3 steps up to the level pool area, there is a level pathway which wraps itself around the villa surrounded by lower garden areas where crops are grown.
