Holiday in style in this beautifully designed modern villa. Located in Addaia, a delightful area on the north coast of the island, Sa Pausa ticks all the boxes for a wonderful Menorcan getaway. The villas interior boasts minimalistic chic with neutral tones and shades throughout. Open plan living is the name of the game, with a cosy lounge area, smart new kitchen and dining area leading straight out onto the covered terrace. There are three bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, with a separate shower room for the third and each come equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool in the hot summer months. Outside, the covered terrace is furnished with table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. An inviting pool sits proudly at the front of the villa with sun loungers provided to chill out and soak up the sunshine. To the side of the villa, a further dining area awaits you nestled amidst a variety of rustic plants, trees and shrubs typical to Menorca, providing welcoming natural shade – what better way to relax with a favourite book.
For those wanting to get away from it all Addaia is an idylic choice, one of the quieter resorts on the Island yet still full of charm and appeal. A beautiful marina and a couple of shops and restaurants are all within a short walk from the villa. A little further afield, Coves Novas has a square with a number of bars and restaurants and a childrens play area whilst the stunning beach at Arenal den Castel can be easily reached within a few minutes’ drive or bus ride away.

The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 96cm wide, leading to 4 steps, this leads to the pool/terrace area, there is a narrow pathway leading to the front door, to access the front door there is a height of 9cm from the ground to the door, the width of the front door is 80cm wide. The entrance of the lounge is 227cm wide and the entrance of the kitchen/dining room is 152cm wide, there are 3 steps up from the kitchen/dining room to the bedrooms and bathrooms. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 254cm wide, the path to the pool is 195cm. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, even and paved stoned, the majority of the garden is uneven ground with lots of olive trees, this does not effect any accesses to the villa or pool/terrace area. The pool has steps.
