You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

This delightful detached villa is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the lovely sandy beach in Punta Prima along with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The accommodation is all on one level and comprises of four bedrooms, one with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, a shower room, separate lounge, dining room and kitchen. Outside there is a spacious covered terrace leading to the sun terrace and large private pool. Patio furniture, sun loungers and a brick built BBQ are available to relax, soak up Menorca’s sun and enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining at its best.

*Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.

To access the villa there is a path which is 2 cars width wide along with 7 steps. The front door has a width of 100cm and other doors that access the pool area are the double doors. The grounds are uneven and the pool has roman steps to enter. There are 2 steps from the terrace to the pool. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm.
