You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

Situated a five minute stroll from the fantastic sandy beach and resort facilities of Punta Prima, Villa Sol de Flandes is a wonderful modern villa with an abundance of charm. The interiors are particularly light and airy, with a lovely mix of modern and trendy furniture and fittings throughout. One of the most outstanding features of this property is the lovely decked balcony leading from the living room, a delightful spot to enjoy a sun downer at the end of a long hard day in the sun. Outside, the lovely lawned gardens surround an inviting private swimming pool with natural shady corners and sunny spots to relax in.

**Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.

To access the villa there is a path which is a car width wide along with 6 steps. The front door has a width of 70cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge. The villa grounds are quite uneven and the pool has steps without handrail to enter. Entrance through front door goes to the lounge, the kitchen and the patio doors onto terrace. There are 20 steps down to all bedrooms and the door to garden and pool.
