Villa is great - but the mosquitoes COMPLETELY ruined our holiday- it was unbearable and we never were able to sit outside after 6.30 pm and had to be indoors with ALL windows and doors tightly shut.

We loved our stay at Villa Alaris. Pros - large villa with lovely pool, gardens and various shady seating areas. 5 mins walk to mini markets and beach. Quiet area. The pool is fenced, essential for us with a 2 year old. We had a great time, but we were a group of 6. Think the lounge would feel a bit inadequate for a group of 10. There was air con in bedrooms and fans in the lounge but air con in the lounge would be good too. We would have appreciated a stair gate for our 2 year old. I think many villas could do more to be safer for toddlers. Plus some nice lamps in the lounge. Notwithstanding the above comments we loved the villa and had the best holiday!

Lovely villa - great location. Some of the furnishings and equipment are a bit tired other than that v.good. A guy turned up to clean the pool, said he’d be back the next day but we never saw him again - not sure if the owners are paying for a service they’re not receiving! Santo Tomas perfect resort for a toddler.

To access the villa there is a path which is 160cm wide, with 0 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 140cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 93cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat. There are 7 steps from the terrace down to the pool area. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. There are 17 steps from the ground floor until the first floor.
