You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

What a view! This beautiful, five bedroomed detached villa has amazing panoramic views over Son Bou and the glistening Mediterranean Sea. This large villa is perfect for two families or a group of friends travelling together. A unique layout, the ground floor has a bright and spacious living room with patio doors leading directly onto the pool terrace, along with two bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and a separate family shower room. Upstairs has a large, open plan kitchen-dining room with sunny terrace overlooking the beautiful pool area and the remaining three bedrooms, one en-suite and a family bathroom to share. Outside you will find a spacious pool area surrounded by a lush lawn for the children to play on and ample sun loungers are provided for some R&R under the soothing heat of the summer sun. Out and about, a 15 minutes’ walk takes you to the popular Son Bou resort centre with a variety of bars and restaurants and the wonderful sandy beach is just a little further, perfect for building sandcastles before enjoying a cool drink whilst watching the sun go down.

There are 13 stairs to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 67cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 59cm.
