You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Benmar enjoys a stunning location with wonderful views of the nearby countryside from the spacious tiered terrace. The mature trees and shrubs surrounding the villa give a sense of privacy whilst relaxing by the sizeable pool. This peaceful setting is a short drive from Son Parc with its selection of restaurants and bars as well as the islands only golf course. With two twin rooms, a double and a single, all with air conditioning this villa would be ideal for a family or group who want to take advantage of the nearby golf course which has the advantage of equipment to hire. If you just want to enjoy the comforts of your villa and nearby resorts you will find Arenal d'en Castel is also a short drive with its beautiful sandy horseshoe shaped bay.

This property features beautiful traditional bottleneck style balustrading around the poolside which tend to have large gaps in places. Please ensure that children are supervised.

The front door has a width of 123cm and other doors that access the pool area are the kitchen doors which are 65cm wide. There are 4 steps down to the pool from the villa, the grounds are flat/tiled and the pool has roman steps with no handrail to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 67cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 67cm wide.
