Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 75cm. The terrace is accessed via the lower ground floor, either by the internal or external staircase. There is a staircase leading from the parking area to the pool area. The terrace is flat with a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. There are steps down to the sunken seating area. This can be seen in the images. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and all doors are 70cm wide. There are 20 steps down from the bedrooms to the living area on the lower ground floor. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
