You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Linda Mar is a pretty, Canarian-style villa located in the popular resort of Corralejo that offers lots of hidden gems, such as the relaxing rooftop terrace, table tennis and a stunning view onto the pool from the lounge/dining area.
Outside is where you'll probably spend most of your time enjoying Fuerteventura’s year-round sunshine. Unwind and take a refreshing dip in the pool which is heated during the winter months, Nov to April and sunbathe in style on the open terrace with reclining sun loungers.
The villa offers an indoor dining room and two open plan living rooms for you to relax in, surrounded by rustic décor. A modern-day kitchen has all the mod cons along with the stylish bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning - the double being an ensuite.
Fancy dining al fresco? The villa serves up a brick-built BBQ close to the pool and outdoor dining facilities, perfect for those long summer nights with your loved ones.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 72cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 92cm wide. When exiting the villa via the living room, there is a small lip over the door frame and 1 step down to the terrace. The terrace is open-plan with artificial grass. The pool itself has step access. You can also access the pool area via the side gate which is 90cm wide. This is a ground-floor property. The floor level in the lounge is slightly raised, whilst there's also a step up into the dining area and the bedrooms. All bedrooms have a door width of 70m, whilst the main shower room has a door width of 70cm.
