You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 94cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 139cm, there is also a ramp leading to the front door, whilst the parking area surface is uneven. The door to the terrace is 85cm wide. Stepping out of the villa onto the terrace is tiled, however, the pool area is surrounded by decking. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The twin bedroom has a door width of 70cm, whilst the bathroom has a door width of 65cm.
