You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

This high-quality detached villa is set over multiple levels offering a wealth of space and modern furnishings to ensure you experience the complete villa holiday. The villa offers a lower ground garage, from which you can catch the villas own lift to whichever floor you desire. Alternatively, there’s on road parking and external stairs leading you to the terrace. This panoramic views across the golf course are a must-see and can even be seen from the kitchen, a beautiful backdrop whilst cooking up a storm. The lift can be found in the entrance hall, a great facility for those who prefer not to take the stairs.
Villa Piedra Amarilla, translating to ‘Yellow Stone’, can sleep up to six adults and a further two children under the age of 12. Great for families, bedrooms 2 and 3 share an interconnecting ensuite bathroom. This has been cleverly designed so the bathroom and toilet can be closed off from the sink area. There are two separate chill-out areas within the villa, meaning there is no shortage of room in which to unwind, however it is most likely that you will spend the majority of your time outdoors.

Outside offers plenty of space to unwind in style, with high end sun loungers, garden sofas, your own infinity pool and a panoramic view across the green landscape. Once you’ve holidayed here, you wont want to leave.
As this villa is part of the illustrious Salobre Golf Resort, complimentary fresh bread is delivered to your doorstep daily, and a number of other facilities are available within the resort. Only a 15-minute drive will bring you to the popular and up-market resort of Maspalomas with its glorious sandy beaches and designer boutiques.
