The villa was very clean and in a quiet area although there is currently building work in the area at the rear of villa between 8-4 Monday to Friday. They are preparing the ground at the moment but on the whole it didn't bother us much. The pool is lovely and the area is not overlooked. We didn't have water for 24 hours towards the end of our stay but that is apparently a fairly regular issue in Lanzarote. If you're into football there is sky sports and TNT sports on the TV.

Lovely villa in quiet area. Very clean and has everything you need. It's a 10 minute walk to a Superdino, Overseas supermarket (selling Waitrose, Iceland and English food) an Indian restaurant and cafe. 20 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina and a further 20 minutes to Playa Blanca centre but it is a lovely walk. You can catch the bus and it costs €1.40 each. Overall an excellent holiday and we look forward to going back.

The villa is very nice and very clean the location is not so good quite a long way from anything the parking in the cul-de-sac was tight due to a dumped car in the villa parking spot but overall we had a nice stay.

To access the villa there is a path which is 102cm wide alongside 7 steps. The front door has a width of 125cm. Entrance to the villa is via the poolside patio doors. The terrace is flat and open. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst the bathroom door is also 70cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 80cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
