Beautifully renovated, Villa Colina is a great getaway for those looking to explore the South Coast of Lanzarote. Within walking distance to all the amenities including a shopping complex and tapas bars, this white-washed property is a great choice for up to eight people who don't want to hire a car. The Marina is a short 30-minute stroll away and is a sight to see, especially in the evening, with its harbour full of millionaire yachts, seafront restaurants, and neon facades.

For relaxing days poolside, then look no further than Villa Colina, with its spacious terrace, padded sun loungers, and rattan sofa. Cool off under the midday sun in the tempting pool, or enjoy the outdoors during the winter months, as the pool comes heated from November - April. For that extra splash of something special, the terrace offers a pool table for a spot of competition and a hot tub that's included in the price of your stay. The path to the pool area is 195cm wide. The terrace surrounding the pool is flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. Both bedrooms on the ground floor have a door width of 68cm, whilst the ground floor shower room door is 57cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining/lounge area is 85cm wide.
