To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 70cm whilst the door to the terrace is 62cm. The grounds are open-plan and tiled. The pool has ladder access, whilst the tiles surrounding the pool have a small lip of a few centimeters. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 16 steps to the first floor where both bedrooms have a door width of 66cm and the family shower room door is 57cm wide.The door into the kitchen/dining area is 66cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 66cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
